Ilgiyae(One
Technique)
9.
A beginner, who trains Taekwondo, is supposed to do just
one thing. It is to repeat basic motion several million
times. You will understand everything in that repetition.
Most trainees want hasty results. They try 10 times of
Ap-chagi and Yeop-chagi a day and see what they achieve
in a week. And then they get frustrated. But who on earth
can get a powerful technique to use this way? Generally,
you can expect some effective result only at least after
three months of 100 times repetition every day.
Everyone will know that this instruction is reasonable
if they may advise anothers. But not they do when they try
their own training. For they want to get valuable thing
too easily. It is nothing more than a greed. They will fail
to get something after all.
