A beginner, who trains Taekwondo, has to do just one thing. It is to
repeat basic motion several million times. You will understand everything
in that repetition.
Most practitioners want hasty results. They try 10 times of Ap-chagi
and Yeop-chagi a day and see what they obtained in a week. And then
they are frustrated. But in that way who can get a technique useful
when necessary? Generally, you can get some result at least after three
months of 100 times repetition every day.
Everyone will know that this is reasonable if they want to advise anothers.
But they don't when concerned with their own training. For they want
to get valuable thing too easily. It is a greed. They will get nothing
after all.
