17.
If you learn a punching technique in your dojang, try the complete
reflection on it; whether you can defeat your opponent with it. If you
cannot be sure you can make it, go on your exercise of it untill you
can be sure.
Repeat the motion. Correctly and Fast.
If you cannot see if it is correct, just go on fast repetition of
several hundred times. One thing more! Think what point of your opponent
you are attacking. Add another basic training if necessary. Push-ups,
low-walking, low standing and standing up and down on one leg will be
basically helpful.
If you can punch as your mind goes, if you can attack the exact point
as your mind wants and if you can concentrate entire motion on your
punch-tip, it can be said you completed that technique.
