The First training for Kick: A Mureup Chagi


     

 

This training is to kick up with your knees only. And you'd better practice it many times and fast.
How fast you can do this determines your speed of kicks.

See the "Essence of Basic Kicks" for the technical points of this training.

I recommand you kick more than 50 times a day, and better if you do more than 100 a day.
