Push up on fists


 
     

 

This training is very important for punching of Taekwondo. It strengthens your arms and hardens your fists.

For the correct training, refer to "Making Fist" and "Resisting".

Demonstratoer repeats only 3 times. Practitioner should repeat it more than 20 times each time, and the more the better.

We recommand you try it more than 100 times a day.
