1. distinctiveness,

This distinctiveness is what differentiates your skill from common motion, which is not skill. And distinctiveness is not exaggeration. I mean, distinctiveness should follow temperance. If you cannot apply your skill what you've learned to your opponent, even though you've confirmed that works actually when done by your master, then you lack this distinctiveness.

2. accordance,

This accordance with the stableness of next makes the power in your attack. The accordance alone increase the speed in your motion. Without this, even though you hurry up in your performance, your motion cannot be faster only exhausting your stemina. When you cannot feel your power, even though you try your best to make your motion powerful, then you lack this.

3. stableness.

For example, You should not stand up during walking in Taekwondo. When you stand up walking you come to lift up your centroid, which will ruin your stableness. If your opponent were a judo player he cannot attack at that point; he can lift you up when you stand up and throw you off. When you stood up walking, you were approaching him so that he can apply his skill to you.
