You can see the philosophy in Taekwondo in the text of "Philosophical Principles of TAEWKONDO". The "On Samjae and Kang-Yu" shows how closely and comprehensively the TKD philosophy is connected to its concrete skill and motion. However, no theory can be a good philosophy unless it has sophisticated inner systematic logic and meaningful arguments with their justification. These work can be a difficult and boring task of explaining all the theoretical system of TKD philosophy based on delicate reason and various philosophical texts with their interpretation, which, however, is dispensible. And it is the content of this site.
Thus, this text will be basically academical . Almost text is for the academical researchers on Taekwondo firstly. However, even if you were usual practitioner who are interested in only practical training or private self-perfection you may need these academical explanations of TKD philosophy too, especially when you were to face a serious questions like; can the TKD philosophy not be a sort of illusion made of meaningless words and arguments?; is it worth trying the hard and long-term training of Taekwondo wasting off my valuable stemina and time?; or, is it possible on earth to find an ultimate meaning in Taekwondo training, and if yes, how? and so on...
I think the academical tasks, which seem to be very far from my daily life, are related to my true life in that manner. I wish you, who might get interested in this difficult text with any reason, could also find some helpful, even though trivial, content here.
