This training is very important for punching of Taekwondo.
It strengthens your arms and hardens your fists.
For the correct training, refer to "Making
Fist" and "Resisting".
Demonstratoer repeats only 3 times. Practitioner should
repeat it more than 20 times each time, and the more the better.
We recommand you try it more than 100 times
a day.
