Yeop-Chagi: Sabang Yeopchagi


 
   

 

This training is harder than you may expect at first.
Its point is that you should stand on one foot all the way, and kick 4 directions as you see in the movie.
You should try this 5 sets at a time, where 1 set includes 4 kicks to 4 directions.

This training will make you turn your hip naturally to try yeopchagi.
