Problem of Settled Pattern

If you've got a settled pattern, it means you teach your class with repetations of many things. If you repeat something in your training for long period your students can be bored easily, which is the first difficulty. How would you overcome or compensate this?

To overcome this difficulty, you should understand the importance of the repeated factors. It means you should have full understanding of why they have to repeat them in their training. As far as I have observed, it is not often I could meet such instructors as have the required understanding. Some instructors just follow the given format by their ancestors. It is not bad, but the boringness cannot be deleted. Any way, it is clear that the settled pattern requires you to have broad knowledge of Taekwondo. (Knowledge of Taekwondo)

If you've got sufficient knowledge you must get good techniques to deliver it to your students in training. Sometimes, you can explain everything in a classroom or in Dojang, spending much time, but generally speaking, it is not effective to suggest long explanation in a training. The basic (so, very important) technique is to give short explanation when they take a break between hard trainings.

The best method is simple. It would be good if you deliver your passion or opinion in a short phrase in training. Of course, it is difficult. It is why you have to get technique of communication in training. Some primary techniques or their factors are suggested in Notification.
